What you will do

• Oversee daily office operations to maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for facility management, space planning, security, and reception duties.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and office supplies to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Drive local health and safety compliance, leading required safety trainings and security procedures.
• Plan and execute local company events, team-building activities, and catering.
• Develop office policies, maintain internal documentation, and manage logistics.

Requirements

• Experience in Office Management, Administration, or Facilities Management within a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken Polish and English.
• Track record in facility management, vendor coordination, and office safety compliance.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Slack.
• Location: Must be based in Łódź.
