What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and integration of web-based and standalone applications for enterprise data sources.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers to ensure high-quality, maintainable architecture.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including systems, network, and security engineers to deliver reliable capabilities.
• Engage directly with lab and fab stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Apply Agile methodologies and modern engineering practices to drive continuous improvement and release management.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering productivity and design quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience using Java, C#, or Python.
• 5+ years of experience delivering software using Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of designing, testing, and deploying production-quality software.
• Strong understanding of full-stack development, system integration, and secure coding practices.
• Must be able to work on-site in Penang, Malaysia.

• Experience in manufacturing, lab, or enterprise operations environments.
