Senior HRIS Specialist (ERP): Leading the implementation and migration of HR Information Systems with an accent on data quality, master-data standards, and system integration. Focus on translating HR business requirements into technical solutions and decommissioning legacy systems.

Location: Hybrid (Levice, Slovakia). Home office possible 2 days a week.

What you will do

• Lead HRIS implementation including business requirements gathering, testing, and legacy system decommissioning.
• Manage HR data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure high HR data quality and seamless integration between HRIS, IFS, and Papaya.
• Translate HR process requirements into technical system solutions and maintain detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Shared Services, and People & Culture teams to support global rollouts and acquisitions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HRIS/ERP business analysis (e.g., Workday, SAP, IFS) and system implementations.
• Proven track record in HR system migrations and data reconciliation.
• Strong expertise in HR master data, data quality, and interface management.
• Ability to bridge HR and IT domains, translating business needs into system functionality.
• Fluent English required.
• University degree in a relevant field.
