runs an Online Reputation Management function for the Group, focusing on brand credibility and trust across digital channels.
What you will do
- Execute the ORM strategy to improve the Group's online reputation, credibility, and visibility.
- Monitor, track, and moderate brand reputation across search engines, blogs, social communities, review sites, and online forums.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate reputation risks and manage online incidents and negative publicity.
- Analyze ORM performance metrics and deliver regular reports with data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and oversee review invitation initiatives to increase client feedback volume and quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (including Regulatory Compliance), media partners, and external vendors; coach and develop team members.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a role with similar ORM responsibilities.
- Proven experience in fintech, online trading, or a similar industry.
- Proven experience in review site moderation and ORM strategies.
- Hands-on experience with social listening tools such as Sprinklr or Brandwatch.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
