Location: Hybrid or Onsite in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.

Salary: 45,800 - 62,900 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead the technical direction for ML-driven tools and systems that support AAA game development.
• Optimize Unreal Engine workflows, production pipelines, and general developer productivity.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and researchers to identify and implement high-value ML applications for internal tooling.
• Manage and develop a team of engineers and researchers, providing coaching, feedback, and growth support.
• Coordinate between engineering, research, production, QA, and game development stakeholders to align on shared goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AAA game development, game technology, or technical leadership.
• Strong practical knowledge of Unreal Engine, game production workflows, and the technical constraints of complex games.
• Ability to provide technical direction for ML initiatives and translate them into practical production improvements.
• Proven experience managing highly technical cross-functional teams of engineers and researchers.
• Must be based in or relocate to Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML in QA automation, agentic workflows, content validation, or synthetic data.
• Background in rendering, performance, technical art pipelines, or engine/tools development.
• Experience leading international or distributed cross-disciplinary teams.
