What you will do

• Build and maintain dashboards to track TVL, user funnels, vault performance, and protocol cash flows.
• Analyze onchain data to generate insights that guide product direction, user incentives, and growth strategies.
• Benchmark protocol performance against competitors and evolving market trends.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to improve how analytics are surfaced across internal and user-facing tools.
• Prepare protocol-level analysis for quarterly investor calls and ecosystem updates.
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or analytics engineering, ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial markets.
• Strong command of SQL and Dune Analytics.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Amplitude.
• Experience with onchain data, smart contract analytics, and blockchain query languages (The Graph, Flipside, Dune).
• Ability to independently build data infrastructure and guide the process from question to insight.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Cayman, Denver, Dubai, or New York.

• Experience supporting investor relations or analyst briefings in a data or strategy capacity.
