Location: On-site in New York City

Compensation: $160,000 – $220,000 OTE

What you will do

• Shape the Agent Strategy function and define operational best practices.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with enterprise customers.
• Co-pilot customer deployment journeys from initial scoping to full adoption.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on customer insights.
• Identify and lead new initiatives to support team growth and customer success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing B2B SaaS role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Strong business acumen regarding GTM sales teams and processes.
• Strong technical aptitude and passion for the agent building process.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York City.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agentic AI tool deployments in large organizations.
• Working knowledge of Customer Support systems and best practices.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields.
