Salary: $138,000–$235,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and deliver complex, scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications.
• Provide architectural leadership for system design, security, and performance.
• Integrate AI-enabled capabilities to enhance product functionality and workflow automation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Security.
• Mentor senior developers and establish engineering standards and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and business value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of specialized industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of modern software development and object-oriented design.
• Experience with cloud-native solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven patterns.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, automated testing, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Knowledge of AI coding assistants and developer productivity tools.
• Background in establishing technical governance models.
