What you will do

• Perform repair, maintenance, and service on AMR machines and equipment.
• Schedule and execute repairs at customer locations.
• Provide L1 software support and escalate complex tickets to partners.
• Manage spare parts inventory and device pools.
• Document maintenance activities, repair orders, and service reports.
• Collaborate with internal R&D, engineering, and external support ecosystems.

Requirements

• Background in mechatronics, dual trade (electrical/mechanical), or relevant field experience.
• Proven troubleshooting and repair skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Experience with automation control systems and industrial communication protocols.
• Must be based in Melbourne, Australia.
• Experience in direct customer-facing service roles.
