Salary: $173,500–$213,100 USD

What you will do

• Lead hardware NPI programs through the development cycle from charter to mass production.
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering, Product, Quality, SW, and Operations to create comprehensive program plans.
• Establish program schedules with identified critical paths and dependencies.
• Track and update program-level risks, mitigation plans, and team priorities.
• Manage platform budgets and facilitate solutions to keep projects on track.
• Execute engineering builds including managing build plans, matrices, and clear-to-build status.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, New York.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Hardware Program Management.
• Experience working with international suppliers and ODMs.
• Proven track record of managing multiple product development cycles for complex hardware systems.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
