What you will do

• Lead end-to-end COTS software selection and acquisition projects.
• Gather and document functional, technical, and compliance requirements.
• Conduct global market research, vendor assessments, and product evaluations.
• Develop business cases, project plans, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Coordinate with internal teams including legal, security, and enterprise architecture.
• Manage vendor relationships, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management.
• Active PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Strong expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project or Planisware.
• English proficiency: C1 level minimum.
