What you will do
- Concept, edit, and animate video content for DTC channels including web, email, and paid social.
- Create compelling product demonstration and brand storytelling videos that drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and NPD team to support the full product launch lifecycle.
- Design digital assets such as GIFs, HTML5 banners, and web-native motion content.
- Develop and maintain motion guidelines and animation templates to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage post-production workflows across multiple simultaneous projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, and animation within a brand or agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong foundation in graphic design with experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with AI Generative Creative tools (Flora, Weavy, OpenAI, Claude).
- Experience designing for social-native formats like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work to tight timelines.
Nice to have
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve.
- Background in consumer electronics, beauty, kitchen, or lifestyle brands.
