DevSecOps Engineer

TL;DR

DevSecOps Engineer: Building and maintaining automation solutions across infrastructure and deployment workflows with an accent on Infrastructure as Code principles and modern DevOps practices. Focus on coaching operations teams, scripting, and ensuring security integration within the deployment pipeline.

Location: Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit. Hybrid model, 2 times a week in Porto.

What you will do

• Build and maintain automation solutions for infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Coach and upskill operations teams on Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams to ensure secure and efficient delivery.
• Support and manage applications within the deployment pipeline.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell scripting.
• Fluency in English (B2).
• Must be based in Portugal with valid work authorization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with C# to support managed applications.
