What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services for a branding management platform.
• Drive technical research, architecture design, and implementation of new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Own the full lifecycle of services, including deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Implement and maintain observability infrastructure, including metrics, logging, and distributed tracing.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial backend engineering experience in high-load environments.
• Expert-level Go, including generics, reflection, unsafe, and custom synchronization primitives.
• Strong SQL knowledge (schema design, replication, partitioning, sharding, and query optimization).
• Deep understanding of Redis data structures for high-load systems.
• Experience with gRPC, message brokers, and microservice architecture patterns.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS cloud infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging technologies.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Ability to optimize Go performance using profiling tools.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and reviews.
