What you will do
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable, production-grade systems.
- Drive the entire development lifecycle from ideation to production, including CI/CD and monitoring.
- Mentor peers and uphold high engineering standards through code reviews and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and compliance teams to translate clinical needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and maintainability across the full stack.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in modern frontend development, specifically React patterns and state management.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
- Experience with cloud-native, event-driven architectures and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong system design instincts with experience meeting real-time SLAs.
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development velocity.
