Project Delivery Lead (Global Campaigns)

Location: Must be based in Prague, Czechia (Hybrid: typically 4 days/week in office).

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across campaigns and creative projects.
• Coordinate with international peers to identify and leverage cross-entity synergies.
• Support project scoping, resource allocation, and process improvements within brand teams.
• Balance established processes with the flexibility needed for successful outcomes.
• Present confidently to clients and internal teams, negotiating solutions for all stakeholders.
• Mentor project teams, encouraging curiosity, adaptability, and collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements

• Proven project delivery experience in a creative or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of agency workflows and production processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and international teams.
• Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Confident communicator with presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using project management tools.
