What you will do

• Support the deployment of continuous improvement strategies for Finance & Accounting Operations.
• Mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results.
• Design and facilitate significant process improvements in Quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with finance delivery teams to identify and execute efficiency-driving improvements.
• Develop and maintain training modules and toolkits aligned with local business needs.
• Escalate and remove roadblocks to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in Quality, Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or practitioner status.
• Knowledge of P2P, O2C, and R2R functions in the Business Services market.
• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• SAP working knowledge is preferred.
