What you will do

• Provide professional agronomic and technical advisory services in agriculture and crop protection.
• Drive product sales and promote the company’s portfolio within the designated region.
• Plan, lead, and execute field trials in accordance with the company’s work plan.
• Take full ownership of the Lachish and Arava region, building strong relationships with growers and distributors.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Agriculture (M.Sc. or MBA is an advantage).
• Mandatory practical experience in agronomy.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar commercial role (significant advantage).
• Valid Driver’s License is mandatory.
• High proficiency in English.
• Strong sales orientation and interpersonal communication skills.
