What you will do

• Own the full arc from technical discovery to executive close, partnering with Sales and Account teams on qualification, architecture reviews, and de-risked engagement scoping.
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into concrete, time-boxed deliverables with clear ROI and present proposals to C-suite stakeholders.
• Serve as executive technical sponsor for top-priority regional engagements, managing stakeholder relationships from IC engineers to C-suite.
• Ensure delivery quality through scoping, milestone tracking, technical standards, and clean handoffs; escalate and coach on complex builds.
• Identify and escalate product gaps, integration friction, and recurring customer pain back to Product and Engineering to drive roadmap decisions.
• Lead, develop, and scale a team of 6–8 Forward Deployed Engineers and build a partner FDE track for GSI/consulting partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading technical teams that build and ship in production (Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar).
• Experience with software development and coding in Python and Javascript/Typescript.
• Proven ability to build and own AI-native workflows in production, including debugging real-world model failures.
• Ability to quickly diagnose complex enterprise engineering environments, identify the highest-leverage intervention, and scope meaningful engagements.
• Experience building and scaling IC-level technical teams with strong standards for scoping, delivery, and knowledge transfer.
• Be able to work in the country where the position is located (visa sponsorship may be required).
