What you will do

• Lead technical support to partners across all project cycle management phases.
• Provide legal and technical guidance on civil documentation, legal status, and housing rights.
• Develop and implement technical quality standards, SOPs, and tools for legal aid partners.
• Conduct legal research and analysis of laws, regulations, and policies.
• Identify partner capacity needs and design capacity-sharing plans.
• Review partner reports and deliverables to ensure donor compliance and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the legal aid field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) required.
• Documented technical competence in humanitarian legal aid programming.
• Experience working in complex and volatile contexts.
• Experience in managing project cycle management (PCM) and working with local civil society.
