What you will do

• Design and maintain full-stack features using Ruby on Rails, Golang, and React.
• Lead technical implementation for support journeys and internal platforms.
• Build scalable and observable microservices integrating with downstream systems.
• Develop accessible and maintainable frontend experiences for users and agents.
• Own production readiness via monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews to raise engineering quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strong full-stack development.
• Hands-on expertise with Ruby on Rails, React, and Golang.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, API design, and data modelling.
• Experience leading projects from requirements to production rollout.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted software development and LLM APIs.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite at the hirify.global Vietnam office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Temporal or other workflow orchestration systems.
• Building AI-powered UX, support automation, or chatbot flows.
• Knowledge of CRM or customer support platforms.
