📢 Business Development Manager | Payments
🌐 Remote
We're hiring for a payment infrastructure platform built for global merchants entering Latin America — PIX, Boleto, OXXO, SPEI, local wallets, and crypto. Built for high-risk industries: gaming, fintech, crypto, digital goods.
What You Will Do:
🔹 Independent search and acquisition of new merchants
🔹 Active outbound outreach via LinkedIn, Telegram, email, cold contacts
🔹 Manage the deal from first contact to signing
🔹 Negotiate commercial terms with decision-makers (CEO, Head of Payments, CFO)
🔹 Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences (iGaming, Payments, Crypto)
🔹 Support merchants until Go-Live, coordinating with Compliance & Onboarding
What We're Looking For:
✅ Understanding of Pay-in/Pay-out flows, settlement cycles, approval rate drivers
✅ Knowledge of KYC/KYB/AML processes
✅ Experience in Payments/PSP, iGaming, Crypto, or high-risk merchants
✅ Strong outbound prospecting & pipeline building from scratch
✅ Hunter profile with proven outbound success
✅ English B2+, Spanish is a plus
✅ Ability to travel
Nice to have:
➕ Existing merchant network in LATAM (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico)
➕ Experience with local APMs (Pix, SPEI, PSE)
