Product Designer (SaaS)

Location: Vienna, Austria; office-based

Salary: Minimum annual gross salary of €55,000 for a full-time 35-hour week

What you will do

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to solve complex problems for sports providers and enthusiasts.
• Conduct user and competitor research to identify insights and opportunities.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, surveys, prototypes, and usability tests.
• Design user-centered solutions and services for SaaS products.
• Improve and manage design systems to ensure consistency and quality.
• Contribute autonomously to product development, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, product thinking, and prototyping.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Familiarity with Amplitude or Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience designing SaaS solutions or manager tools.
• German language skills.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude or Figma Make.
