What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end operational strategy for complex, large-scale events.
• Design scalable operational models, workflows, and tools from scratch.
• Break down undefined problems into actionable plans and mitigate operational risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Originals, Product, and local teams to align stakeholders.
• Oversee ground-level execution and unblock critical operational issues.

Requirements

• Fluent English required
• 2–4 years of experience in strategy and operations roles within high-growth companies.
• Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems independently.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on end-to-end ownership.
• Builder mentality with the ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
• Must be based in Madrid

Nice to have

• Experience in operational environments such as logistics or marketplaces.
• Exposure to live events or large-scale physical operations.
• Analytical skills including Excel and SQL.
