What you will do

• Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll cycles.
• Collect, verify, and maintain accurate employee payroll data.
• Process payroll changes including new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
• Calculate overtime, bonuses, allowances, and various deductions.
• Support payroll tax, social security, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy and assist with audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in payroll, HR administration, or accounting.
• Basic understanding of payroll legislation and labor regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
