What you will do

• Conduct system-level tests for amplifier products and build supporting test environments.
• Develop test specifications and design documents based on target product schedules and customer requirements.
• Optimize system test specifications by applying internal standardized processes and global standards like A.SPICE.
• Implement and apply test automation systems to increase efficiency and quality.
• Validate system consistency through testing at customer sites and within actual vehicles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in test design and in-vehicle products development.
• Strong knowledge of in-vehicle LAN.
• 5+ years of experience working for automotive OEMs or as a supplier to car manufacturers.
• Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) and business-level English.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Clean driving record for the use of company or customer-owned vehicles.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in PC application software development (e.g., Java, VB).
• JSTQB qualification.
