What you will do

• Lead Site Maintenance, Utilities, and Services teams to ensure asset reliability and performance.
• Provide strategic oversight of engineering, facilities, and capital projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize asset performance.
• Manage operational and capital budgets and business planning.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation.
• Ensure engineering services support financial, environmental, and food safety goals.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or similar).
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, processing, or industrial environments.
• Expertise in asset management, maintenance strategies, and plant optimization.
• Experience managing capital and operational budgets.
• Success in leading change and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and contractors.
