TL;DR

What you will do
- Manage technical onboarding and decommissioning workflows for customer environments.
- Perform structured data migrations, validation, and quality assurance.
- Resolve escalated technical tickets, including environment troubleshooting and bulk updates.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation managers to clarify technical requirements.
- Develop tools, runbooks, and automation to improve resolution times and reduce recurring issues.
Requirements
- English: C1-level fluency required for effective cross-team communication.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (RDS, S3, EC2, ECS).
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration and workload troubleshooting.
- Practical experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Comfort with Git/GitHub and Helm deployment processes.
