Support Engineer (Elixir/AWS)

What you will do

• Manage technical onboarding and decommissioning workflows for customer environments.
• Perform structured data migrations, validation, and quality assurance.
• Resolve escalated technical tickets, including environment troubleshooting and bulk updates.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation managers to clarify technical requirements.
• Develop tools, runbooks, and automation to improve resolution times and reduce recurring issues.

Requirements

• English: C1-level fluency required for effective cross-team communication.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (RDS, S3, EC2, ECS).
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration and workload troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Comfort with Git/GitHub and Helm deployment processes.
