What you will do
- Build and scale a secure, cost-effective cloud platform using Kubernetes in AWS.
- Develop Kubernetes operators and cloud-native automation to eliminate operational friction.
- Create products and tools that enable engineering teams to manage cloud resources autonomously.
- Implement DevSecOps integrations to ensure security and compliance across the platform.
- Optimize observability, reliability, and cost awareness to improve system stability.
- Maintain highly available Kubernetes clusters and a modern CI/CD toolset.
Requirements
- Proven technical expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and software engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of the Kubernetes ecosystem and its internal mechanics.
- Experience with operator-managed Infrastructure as Code, specifically Crossplane or Kubernetes Operators.
- Ability to write production-ready software in Golang or Python.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
- Must be located in Brazil.
Nice to have
- CNCF Kubernetes Certifications (e.g., CKA, CKS, or CKAD).
- AWS certifications.
