Location: Full remote, Portugal (Portuguese or EU citizenship, or valid PT work permit required)
Salary: €16,800–€22,000 annual + Meal Allowance + Commissions

What you will do
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for tech roles, from initial sourcing to signed offers.
- Build and maintain a live pipeline of tech profiles to ensure rapid candidate delivery to clients.
- Conduct proactive sourcing using boolean search, referrals, and professional communities.
- Evaluate candidate fit based on technical stack and company culture.
- Monitor and analyze pipeline health and time-to-fill metrics.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in tech recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques, including boolean search and community outreach.
- Fluent English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid PT work permit.
- Ability to assess technical stack and cultural alignment.
