Location: Hybrid model, once a week in Lisbon. Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Configure LabWare modules including tests, specifications, and workflows using native tools.
• Set up and manage instrument interfaces without requiring core development.
• Perform SQL queries to diagnose data and conduct root cause analysis for incidents.
• Collaborate with laboratory users to clarify requirements and validate issue resolutions.
• Document technical findings and solutions in a structured knowledge base.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Consultant specializing in LIMS LabWare.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying and diagnostics.
• Experience in regulated lab environments (pharmaceutical, food, chemical) with awareness of GxP or ISO 17025 standards.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (B2).
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese/EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
