What you will do

• Execute and report risk-based internal audits over business processes, IT domains, and regulatory matters.
• Perform design and operating effectiveness testing, including walkthroughs and control evaluation.
• Assess the impact of new products and process changes on the control environment.
• Prepare structured audit reports highlighting key risks and practical recommendations.
• Monitor remediation of control deficiencies and support management in defining sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to audit methodology evolution through automation and AI-driven analytics.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of professional experience in Internal Audit or Internal Controls.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Business Process, Compliance/AML, and IT General Controls.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a global environment.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CISA or CIA.
• SOX experience.
