What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain a stable, self-service foundation for engineering teams using Kubernetes, AWS, and OpenStack.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible to automate Linux-based environments.
• Administer core platform tools including Rancher, ArgoCD, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide hands-on support for troubleshooting complex deployment and dependency issues.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and improve system reliability to enhance developer experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar systems engineering role.
• Deep expertise in the Kubernetes ecosystem, including cluster management and GitOps practices.
• Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration, preferably with RHEL-based environments.
• Must be based in Europe to support the remote team structure.
