What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Python.
• Build and execute automated test suites for web applications using Selenium WebDriver.
• Develop and execute API automation tests to validate backend services.
• Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure Pipelines.
• Manage test execution, defects, and reporting within Azure DevOps and Xray.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across the SDLC.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in QA Automation for web and enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Python for automation development.
• Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver and test framework design patterns (POM).
• Proven experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Xray.
• Must be based in Serbia.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI-assisted automation tools, with Cursor.ai experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in SaaS or product-based organizations.
• Understanding of performance, security, or reliability testing concepts.
