What you will do

• Turn approved design mockups into a fast, polished, fully responsive website and own it end-to-end after launch.
• Build and maintain practice-area pages, location/landing pages, and blog templates in the CMS.
• Continuously improve UX, page speed, accessibility, security, updates, and bug-free performance.
• Own technical SEO: architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, XML sitemaps, redirects, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement structured data and legal schema (LegalService/Attorney, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb variations).
• Run local SEO and growth: keyword research for case-driving terms, Google Business Profile/local citations, CRO experiments, and analytics via GA4/Search Console and tracking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at the intersection of web design/build and SEO (agency or in-house).
• Proven experience building modern, conversion-focused websites on Webflow or WordPress.
• Strong technical, on-page, and local SEO knowledge with a track record of improving rankings and traffic.
• Ability to manage a full web launch/migration independently before a strict contract deadline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working hours aligned to 9am–6pm EST.
