UI Designer (AI)

Location: Malaysia, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Hybrid role requiring work from the Malaysia office at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Build intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, including components and design tokens.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver accurate, pixel-perfect implementations.
• Improve usability through user feedback, analytics, usability testing, accessibility, and responsive design.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship; a portfolio is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, Auto Layout, and components.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first principles, iOS and Android platform guidelines, responsive layouts, UX, and information architecture.
• Ability to simplify complex user journeys and demonstrate strong visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills are required because English is the primary working language.
