TL;DR
UI Designer (AI): Designing intuitive, high-performing mobile and web interfaces for AI and financial products with an accent on visual quality, interaction design, usability, and design-system consistency. Focus on simplifying complex financial journeys, building prototypes and high-fidelity UI, and collaborating with product managers and engineers on accurate, accessible implementations.
Location: Taiwan, Taipei; hybrid with at least 3 days per week in the Taiwan office

What you will do
- Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web financial products.
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Create intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
- Maintain and evolve the design system, including components and design tokens.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver accurate, pixel-perfect implementations.
- Improve usability through user feedback, analytics, usability testing, accessibility, and responsive design.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship; a portfolio is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, Auto Layout, and component-based workflows.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design, iOS and Android platform guidelines, responsive layouts, UX principles, and information architecture.
- Ability to simplify complex user journeys and demonstrate clear design rationale.
- Strong English communication skills are required for the global working environment.
