What you will do

• Validate maintenance deliverables for new program launches to ensure GM specifications and customer expectations are met.
• Optimize machinery and equipment designs for safety, uptime, and ease of maintenance.
• Implement Manufacturing 4.0 technologies to improve equipment reliability and maintainability.
• Develop common maintenance standards and provide expert technical support to production facilities.
• Reduce enterprise costs by minimizing unplanned downtime and extending equipment lifecycles.
• Lead lessons-learned reviews from new program launches to continuously improve standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of plant floor maintenance systems and MFMEA processes.
• Proven project management skills with accountability for results.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• General knowledge of controls engineering.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance engineering.
• Experience working in an assembly plant environment.
