Field Marketing Manager (BeNeLux)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Amsterdam (2-3 days/week on-site)

What you will do

• Plan and execute local marketing campaigns tailored to the BeNeLux market.
• Conceive and host company-owned events to generate qualified pipeline.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows and industry events.
• Build and manage co-marketing programs with channel and technology partners.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with pipeline targets.
• Track and report on campaign performance to optimize marketing tactics.

Requirements

• At least five years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in software or technology.
• Proven track record of planning and running campaigns that generate pipeline.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude.
• Willingness to travel across BeNeLux, UK, and Nordics regions.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Amsterdam 2-3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
