TL;DR
Senior Compliance Executive / Compliance Manager (Asset Management): Supporting Invesco's Irish regulatory compliance framework across governance, AML oversight, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder engagement with an accent on UCITS, CP86, Fitness & Probity, and Individual Accountability requirements. Focus on interpreting regulatory developments, coordinating Central Bank of Ireland responses, monitoring operational risk, and designing compliance training.

Location: Dublin, Ireland; at least four full days each week in the advertised office

What you will do

  • Support the Irish regulatory compliance framework and related governance responsibilities.
  • Coordinate responses to regulatory enquiries and requests from the Central Bank of Ireland.
  • Support governance forums, stakeholder engagement, and completion of regulatory actions.
  • Monitor operational risk events, compliance incidents, management information, and emerging risks.
  • Assist with AML/CTF oversight, regulatory reporting, policies, procedures, and senior management reports.
  • Monitor regulatory developments, provide practical guidance, and deliver targeted compliance training.

Requirements

  • Experience in compliance or a related role within the funds or asset management industry, ideally in a management company.
  • Strong knowledge of the Irish regulatory framework, including UCITS, CP86, AML, Fitness & Probity, and the Individual Accountability Framework.
  • Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and applying them in a practical business context.
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-management, analytical, organisational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and challenge constructively when required.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with the Central Bank of Ireland’s regulatory reporting systems.
  • Professional compliance qualification, such as LCOI.
