TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (Infrastructure): Building and optimizing CI/CD and observability platforms for a global fundraising ecosystem with an accent on scalability, reliability, and developer experience. Focus on owning the end-to-end lifecycle of observability and build systems, automating toil, and ensuring high availability for high-traffic donation events.
Location: Remote (Must be based in Georgia)
Salary: GEL 14,300 - 15,950 per month

What you will do
- Own core platform areas end-to-end, specifically observability (VictoriaMetrics, Grafana) or CI/CD (Jenkins, Harbor), driving their architecture and reliability.
- Drive technical initiatives from requirements gathering and design documentation through to production delivery.
- Support engineering teams by deploying and monitoring applications on Kubernetes (Helm) and troubleshooting builds.
- Automate repetitive operations, provisioning, and maintenance to eliminate manual toil.
- Act as the senior escalation point for production incidents, leading post-mortems and implementing systemic fixes.
- Mentor less experienced engineers through design discussions and code reviews.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE.
- Proven track record of owning complex technical initiatives end-to-end.
- Confident skills in Linux (Ubuntu) and working knowledge of the Prometheus stack.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD pipeline design.
- Proficiency in Bash or Python scripting for automation and observability.
- Location: Must be based in Georgia
- Language: Proficiency in Russian (Russian-speaking team)
Nice to have
- Experience with VictoriaMetrics, Graylog, or ELK at scale.
- Expertise in Jenkins scripted pipelines and shared libraries.
- Experience operating Analytics & DS platforms (Airflow, JupyterHub, MLflow).
- Knowledge of Bare-metal Kubernetes, Flux, GitOps, or Terraform.
