Event Manager (Gamedev)

Location: Onsite in Kraków, Poland

Salary: 8,000–10,000 PLN

What you will do

• Plan and execute company events, including conferences, meetups, and team-building activities.
• Manage all logistics, including venue booking, catering, transportation, and technical support.
• Oversee event budgets and track costs to ensure deadlines and financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to fulfill event requirements.
• Maintain and organize event spaces, including setup and post-event cleanup.
• Assist guests and provide refreshments during events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, preferably within chain hotels or similar environments.
• Proven track record in event planning and execution.
• English: B2+ proficiency required (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage budgets.
• Availability for rotating shifts, primarily from 2 PM to 9 PM during event hours.
