What you will do

• Manage and maintain the Moodle LMS for online workshops, blended learning, and self-paced modules.
• Create and manage online learning spaces, participant enrollments, and access permissions.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the LMS, providing technical support to users.
• Monitor system performance, integrations, and reporting to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to improve operational processes.
• Provide excellent customer support to participants, facilitators, and school coordinators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with online learning environments and Event Management Systems (EMS).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems or web content management.
• Previous experience in the education sector.
• French and/or Spanish language skills.
• Immediate or short-notice availability.
