What you will do

• Lead end-to-end presales activities, creating strong value propositions and high-level business value demos.
• Design tailored solution architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the platform.
• Collaborate with sales teams on account strategy, opportunity qualification, and prioritization.
• Resolve client concerns regarding technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture.
• Partner with product teams to provide feedback on the roadmap and integrate external technologies.
• Evangelize solutions through blogs, industry events, and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a client-facing Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect position.
• Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, and AI technologies like LLMs and agents.
• Solid understanding of Business Process Orchestration.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong blend of technical, business, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with the hirify.global platform.
