What you will do

• Implement and refine micro-architectural features for AI hardware IP.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and optimize designs for power, area, and frequency.
• Collaborate with RTL, DV, performance, and physical design teams to evaluate trade-offs.
• Debug RTL issues in simulation and post-silicon environments.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal design tools and workflows.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in digital design and micro-architecture.
• Proficiency in RTL development, debugging, and performance analysis.
• Experience writing Verilog or SystemVerilog.
• Ability to interpret synthesis and timing results.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (EAR compliance).
