• Perform data extraction and desk research to support the Insights Team and Consultants.
• Prepare detailed market analyses and respond to specific customer inquiries.
• Create and deliver presentations and reports to help clients grow their business.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure high-quality information delivery.
• Undergo comprehensive training on hirify.global methodologies and proprietary tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or Information Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Portuguese: Native level required.
• English: Strong command required.
• Strong analytical skills and a curiosity for learning.
