What you will do

• Provide accurate interpretation during meetings, calls, and daily operations.
• Translate project documents, reports, and contracts with high attention to detail.
• Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and tracking deliverables.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
• Liaise between Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients and team members.
• Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and reporting.

Requirements

• Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience as a professional translator or interpreter.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Subang, West Java.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
