What you will do

• Drive internal communications strategy to keep messaging clear, engaging, and on-brand.
• Run Staffbase and ensure internal social content stays fresh, accessible, and consistent.
• Collaborate with business leaders to embed storytelling across internal initiatives.
• Produce company events, town halls, and leadership meetings.
• Launch employee engagement initiatives such as milestone celebrations and recognition programs.
• Design internal content using Canva and Figma and support sensitive organizational updates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in internal communications or employer branding, ideally in a multinational setup.
• Proven ability to translate communication strategy into real execution.
• Experience managing digital internal communication platforms; bonus if familiar with Staffbase.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking (English: C1+).
• Based in the Netherlands and able to attend the Amsterdam office a few days per week.
• Hands-on skills with visual content tools such as Canva and Figma.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.
