TL;DR

Full Stack Developer (SaaS): Building and evolving a high-traffic SaaS platform for the agency sector with an accent on end-to-end feature ownership, modern frontend development, and cloud-native infrastructure. Focus on designing technical architecture, tuning MongoDB performance, and delivering reliable CI/CD pipelines in a lean product team.

Location: Flexible hybrid model with 2–3 days working from home.

Salary: Up to €90,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

Build and maintain features across the full lifecycle of a high-traffic SaaS product.
Develop frontend functionality with Vue.js or React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
Build backend services with Node.js and Express.
Model, optimize, and tune MongoDB databases for performance.
Contribute to cloud-native deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
Take ownership of technical architecture decisions and product outcomes.

Requirements

2–3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
Mastery of TypeScript and experience with the MEVN or MERN stack.
Fluent German at C1 level is essential for team communication.
Technical English for professional collaboration.
High initiative, clean coding practices, knowledge sharing, and ownership of product success.
