Senior Service Delivery Consultant (FinTech)

Location: Noida, India; hybrid arrangement with 2 days per week in the office; APAC/EMEA shift hours, with occasional weekend, public holiday, and extended-hours work.

What you will do

• Act as the key client contact for production support and maintain client relationships.
• Analyze issues in SimCorp services and system operations within client production environments, providing timely solutions within agreed SLAs.
• Advise client users on configuration maintenance and enhancements to optimize their use of SimCorp services.
• Deploy services and provide solutions related to SimCorp Dimension and front-to-back investment management operations.
• Collaborate with local, global, and specialist teams to share knowledge and deliver efficient client solutions.
• Work APAC/EMEA shifts, with occasional weekend, public holiday, and extended-hours coverage.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience within asset management, funds management, or a custodian.
• Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension.
• Experience operating and supporting front-to-back investment management solutions.
• Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science.
• Knowledge of financial issues, both theoretical and practical.
• Ability to work on and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, service-minded, enthusiastic, committed, and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to thrive in time-sensitive situations and work APAC/EMEA shift hours, which may change according to business needs.
